It's true, there is no instruction manual in life, but if someone offered you practical tools to increase awareness of the dynamics of the mind and, consequently, interpret them to improve everyday life, what would you do?
Mechanics of the Mind is a dissemination project, the "instruction manual of the mind" explained in a simple way and which offers practical and easily applicable tools after a few minutes.
The idea was born from the intuition of Anna Cacopardo who identified in the talent of Giovanni Gibiino, an anesthesiologist, entrepreneur and trainer passionate about neuroscience, an opportunity with great potential: that of giving birth to a real unconventional consultancy and training company that includes cognitive-emotional education, touching on hot and highly topical topics, such as mechanics of the mind and conscious health, time emotional management, words - wiring between logic and emotions, how to transform tensions into guidance, the logic behind relationships with oneself and others, how to overcome needle phobia, energy vampires, why write, use wasted time recharging, Reset MindSet, crisis of values or values to get out of the crisis?, support for parenting and many others.
Giovanni's main "Why" was a road accident that left a lot of time for reflection, his family, and in general a great desire to help others. In this sense, the company wants to make accessible a simple and practical "manual" for a conscious life, be it private, public, work-related or daily.
A special thank you to all the members of the Meccanica della Mente Team for choosing Free Mind Foundry to launch this incredible idea which will help universities, companies, start-ups, managers and professionals operating in all sectors. A calendar of theoretical-practical and highly interactive meetings is planned in the FMF spaces during which all companies operating within our Campus will have the opportunity to participate completely free of charge. The proceeds from each meeting will be donated to organizations, bodies and companies that carry out charitable activities around the world.
