Innovation Camp is a free training course born from the partnership of Samsung Electronics Italia and Randstad with the aim of providing qualified training to students and recent graduates and directing them towards the actual needs of the world of work. The topics covered in the course embrace various areas of today's digital scenario: from digital marketing to business, via digital communication, cyber education and data analytics.
The training phase consists of a 25-hour online course divided into 8 modules, each of which includes a final evaluation test. The best 60 participants will have two days of classroom lessons held at their university by a university professor and two experts from Randstad and Samsung. The partner companies, Free Mind Foundry and Bizmate, will assign project works to the participants to develop and, through various selection phases, a winner will be reached.
Our corporate mission is to contribute to the development of our country's digital economy and improve its technological positioning on the international scene. The next objective of Free Mind Foundry, the International Cooperation Center for technological research and higher education, is the selection of 200 people to be hired by the end of 2020. The Innovation Camp therefore offers university students the opportunity to come into contact with the Free Mind Foundry world and to access further courses upon completing their academic career. Pursuing this objective, Free Mind Foundry will launch an Academy in spring 2020 that will offer high-level training courses and masters in various disciplines in the area.
The Samsung Innovation Camp 2020 was launched on November 27 in Catania in the presence of professors Vania Patanè and Marco Galvagno of the University of Catania, Ji Sun Yu, Corporate Citizenship Specialist of Samsung Electronics Italia, Tamara Gennaro, Account Manager of Randstad, Roberto Maddaloni, Chief Business Development Officer of Bizmate and Simone Massaro, CEO of Free Mind Foundry.
