Digital Atom is a company specialized in the creation of interactive, immersive and experiential content for the Digital Transformation of companies and the new frontier of virtual reality: the Metaverse. They have developed Eyecad VR®, a real-time rendering software capable of creating interactive experiences in every area of architecture and design.
The history of Digital Atom begins in 2014 with the innovative idea of its founders Stefano Bosco, Giuseppe Tafuri and Francesco Vacante. In 2015 the idea was selected in the TIM WCAP ACCELERATOR program. In this way the company began a growth path which culminated at the end of 2015 with the launch of its product on the market and the acquisition of its first customers. In the following years, Digital Atom increased its network and developed important technical, training and distribution collaborations with large companies and groups such as Microsoft, Eipc Games and Weimar University.
Today Digital Atom has a team of 9 people and has chosen Free Mind Foundry as a home to grow its business.
The company aims to revolutionize the Architectural Visualization sector with its software, the field that deals with creating three-dimensional images or animations that show the attributes of architectural projects. Thanks to their product it will be possible to interact and explore the surrounding environments at 360 degrees, encouraging interaction and involvement between users and the project, to guarantee an experience that Le Corbusier called an "architectural walk".
The technology underlying Eyecad VR, developed directly by Digital Atom, is the combination of real-time rendering and virtual reality, a combination that has allowed us to create software capable of immediately visualizing the changes made to a project.
Its reference market, that of Architectural Visualization, has developed considerably in the last 9 years and its value has been estimated at over 6 billion dollars. What distinguishes Digital Atom from its competitors is its ability to integrate real-time rendering, virtual reality and 3D interaction in the same solution.
